1. What we collect

We collect your account email address. Inside the app, you store contact information you choose to add — names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, and the follow-up times you set.

2. How we use it

We use your contact data to send you reminder emails (via Resend) when your scheduled follow-up times arrive. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Third parties

QuoteRemind relies on a small set of trusted providers:

• Stripe — handles subscription payments.
• Resend — delivers reminder emails.
• Supabase — stores your account and contact data.

4. Your rights

You can access, export, and delete your data at any time from your Settings page.

5. Data retention

While your subscription is active, we retain your data indefinitely so the service keeps working. After cancellation, we hold your data for 60 days, then permanently delete it.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Our database provider, Supabase, is SOC 2 compliant.

7. Cookies

We only use essential cookies required for authentication. No tracking, no analytics cookies, no third-party advertising cookies.
