1. About the service
QuoteRemind is a contact reminder service that helps you manage follow-ups with leads and customers. We send timely email reminders so you never lose track of a conversation.
2. Subscription & billing
QuoteRemind is a paid subscription. Your first month is $9, and the service then renews automatically at $29 per month. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page.
3. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you keep using QuoteRemind for what you've already paid for.
4. Data retention
After you cancel, we hold your data for 60 days in case you'd like to reactivate. After 60 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
5. Acceptable use
Use QuoteRemind for legitimate follow-ups only. No spam, no harassment, no illegal activity, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Standard fair use applies.
6. Limitation of liability
QuoteRemind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed reminders, lost business, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
